  • Products or services requiring licences the client does not hold.
  • Health, financial or income claims that cannot be substantiated on request.
  • Cloaking, redirect deception or any technique designed to show reviewers different content from users.
  • Content targeting children with age-inappropriate products or messaging.
  • Circumvention of advertising platform policies or enforcement actions.

Client obligations

Clients confirm that they hold necessary rights to creative assets supplied, that claims are substantiated, that landing pages match the advertised offer, and that data used for targeting was collected lawfully with any required consent.

Clients remain responsible for compliance with advertising law in the markets where their campaigns run. We will raise concerns we identify, but we are not a substitute for legal review.

How we enforce this policy

Where we identify a breach we will raise it in writing and pause affected activity where appropriate. Persistent or serious breaches are grounds for terminating an engagement under the engagement contract.

We may also restrict or withdraw access to this website where its use breaches this policy.

Reporting a concern

If you believe activity we are involved in breaches this policy, contact us with the detail and we will investigate. We take reports seriously and will confirm receipt within one business day.
