DV360 cashback — FAQ

Cashback is calculated as a percentage of your qualifying monthly managed ad spend on DV360 — spend that runs through an account we set up or manage for you. Platform fees, taxes, and non-qualifying spend categories are excluded. Your account manager will confirm exactly what counts during onboarding.
Qualifying cashback is calculated at the end of each billing cycle and paid out the following month, once spend for that period is confirmed.
Yes — a minimum qualifying monthly spend applies and is confirmed during onboarding based on your account setup.
No. Your DV360 billing runs as normal. Cashback is paid separately by Plumbix as a service incentive — it isn't a discount applied inside the ad platform itself.
